Li Nan saw my left foot was swelling again

 The deco is interesting

 Got home around 9pm
I  put weight on my foot for too long

Using ice pack on my swollen left ankle again

Looking at the ceiling

New exercises let me realize that I need to do exercises

 My physical therapist Igor

said that I should see the orthopedic surgeon to make sure my pinky toe is fine

It is nice to go outside

When I was doing the exercises he taught me

I felt it was really a form of moving meditation

My mind was focused on each of the muscles and joints

 

Had a good conversation on starting a business with him

I really wish he could help more people with his skills

I was surprised that it was full. 

It is interesting that they discovered the garden in the back that I never knew.



 2pm-4pm Meeting with the Chinese delegation from TianJin

at Best Western Plus Arena Hotel in Park Slope

 It is the only hotel nearby with a conference room

 Thanks to Grace Zhu for arranging a venue nearby due to my injured ankle

Visiting Genevieve Constantino at Calvary Hospital

We went to 8th Ave to buy green tea cakes before we went to the hospital

She didn't want to eat anything

After a while, she said she wanted to eat the green tea cake

I was so happy that she can eat,

so glad that she finished the whole slice of the green tea cake

 

What can I do for her? other than green tea cakes?

What should we do for her?

I pray that we can do something for her,

something she needs to do, wants to do and likes to do.
